
Nursing Assistant Training Program Information
Evergreen Elite Medical Academy provides nursing assistant education designed to prepare students to deliver safe, compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care in healthcare settings.
Program Description
The Nursing Assistant Training Program combines live online theory instruction, in-person skills-laboratory practice, and supervised clinical training. Students learn essential nursing assistant knowledge and skills needed to care for residents and patients under the direction of licensed nursing professionals.

Program Eligibility and Admission Requirements
Applicants must complete the school’s admission process and satisfy all applicable school, clinical-facility, and regulatory requirements. Admission requirements include:
•Submission of a completed enrollment application.
•Completion of an enrollment agreement.
•Proof of identity and authorization to participate in the program.
•Completion of the school’s required English-language or ability-to-benefit assessment, when applicable. •Ability to use a computer or tablet, access Zoom and online course materials, and communicate electronically with instructors. •Access to reliable internet service, a webcam, and a microphone.
•Completion of all required background checks and clinical-facility clearances.
•Submission of required health and immunization documentation before beginning clinical training.
Program Outcomes
Graduates who successfully complete the program should be prepared to:
•Perform entry-level nursing assistant duties safely and professionally.
•Provide basic care in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, home-care, hospital, and other approved healthcare settings. •Work effectively under the direction and supervision of licensed nurses.
•Demonstrate the knowledge and competencies required of a nursing assistant student.
•Pursue Washington State nursing assistant testing and certification, subject to all state requirements.
Completion of the program does not itself grant state certification, guarantee passage of a certification examination, or guarantee employment. Graduates must complete all applicable Washington State testing, application, background, and certification requirements.
